Bivariate Choropleth Map


Bivariate choropleth maps have two different variables that are displayed on one map by including two different sets of symbols or colors. Here is a map of the change in divorce rates from 1980-1990. The number of divorces are shown in color from white to dark green. The most divorce rates occurred in the midwest.
